What started as a quiet, tucked-away restaurant quickly became a local favorite \u2014 thanks to the quality of the cuisine, the warmth of the service, and the community that welcomed us with open arms.<\/p><p>In 1994, we joined that story \u2014 first as part of the team, and then as stewards of the restaurant itself. Since taking the helm in 2005, it\u2019s been our great honor to continue the legacy Chef Brach began, while bringing our own heart and voice to the table.<\/p><p><strong>Merci to Our Staff &amp; Guests<\/strong><\/p><p>To our incredible team \u2014 the chefs, servers, dishwashers, hosts, and behind-the-scenes pros who bring passion and care to every shift: thank you. Your dedication is the heartbeat of Chez Nous, and we are so proud of what we\u2019ve built together.<\/p><p>And to our loyal guests \u2014 some of whom have dined with us for decades \u2014 we offer our deepest gratitude. You\u2019ve supported us through seasons of change, celebrations, and even challenges.
