Valentine\u2019s Day at Chez Nous has always been about more than dinner,\u00a0 it\u2019s about creating a moment. This year, we invite you to celebrate love with \u201cValentine\u2019s 2026: A Culinary Poem,\u201d a thoughtfully composed dining experience inspired by romance, indulgence, and the joy of sharing something special together.<\/p>

Our Valentine\u2019s menu will be offered on Thursday, February 13 and Friday, February 14, giving you two evenings to enjoy this intimate celebration.<\/p>

A Valentine\u2019s Menu Told in Three Acts<\/p>

Like a poem, this menu unfolds in three romantic chapters, each one designed to be familiar, elegant, and deeply satisfying.<\/p>

Flirting<\/strong><\/p>

Brandy Lobster Bisque with chunks of Lobster and Tarragon Chantilly<\/p>

Organic Field Greens & Baby Arugula, Fresh Berries, Brie, Candied Pecans, Brioche Croutons and White Balsamic Vinaigrette *<\/p>

Crispy Smoked Salmon Bon Bons , Harissa Cr\u00e8me Fra\u00eeche, Pickled Shallots and Arugula Micro Greens<\/p>

The Kiss<\/strong><\/p>

Grilled Pork Ribeye, Dijon Crawfish Cream Sauce and Leek-Potato Pur\u00e9e<\/p>

Seafood Risotto of Lobster, Crab, Scallops and Shrimp, Finished with Champagne and Citrus and Crisp Prosciutto<\/p>

  • Complimentary valet parking will be provided both evenings.<\/li><\/ul>

    Seating Times<\/strong><\/p>

    To ensure a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience, we will offer three seating windows each evening:<\/p>

    • Early Seating: 5:00, 5:15, or 5:30 PM<\/li>
    • Mid Seating: 7:00, 7:15, or 7:30 PM<\/li>
    • Late Seating: 9:00, 9:15, or 9:30 PM<\/li><\/ul>

      Reservations are required.<\/strong><\/p>

      To provide the best possible experience for our guests, all Valentine\u2019s reservations must be made by phone.<\/p>

      A credit card is required to hold your reservation.<\/p>

      In the event that a party does not arrive for their reservation or cancels, a $50 per person charge will be applied.<\/p>

      This policy allows us to honor our commitments to our staff, our kitchen, and our guests, and we appreciate your understanding.<\/p>
