First Course (Choose One):

 Crisp Pasta & Goat Cheese Salad with organic field greens, sweet peppers, hearts of palm, fresh herbs & our signature vinaigrette

 Escargot de Bourgogne Six Burgundy snails in shallot, garlic & herb butter

 Soupe à l’Oignon Traditional French onion soup gratinée with Gruyère cheese

Main Course (Choose One):

 Seared Atlantic Salmon with lemon-caper butter & garlic mashed potatoes

 Shrimp Provençale Four jumbo Gulf shrimp sautéed with tomato, garlic, lemon & herbs over wilted organic spinach

 Cast Iron Seared Teres Major Steak with creamy Cognac demi-glace & chef’s vegetables
