  • Date: December 31, 2025

  • Seatings: First seating at 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30 PM | Second seating at 8:00, 8:30, and 9:00 PM

  • Price: $150 per person (excluding tax, gratuity, and beverages)

  • Extras: Complimentary valet parking, festive party favors, and champagne to toast the New Year

Special Gala Menu:

First Course:

  • Winter Citrus & Baby Arugula Salad – Cara Cara oranges, ruby grapefruit, shaved fennel, pomegranate seeds, and toasted pistachios with champagne-verjus vinaigrette

  • Chilled Lump Crab – Served in crispy feuille de brique with crème fraiche, fennel, and lemon caviar pearls

  • Lobster Bisque – Butter-poached lobster chunks with smoked paprika cream and herbed brioche croutons

Second Course:

  • Torchon of Foie Gras – Spiced cherry marmalade, baby arugula, toasted gingerbread, and spiced port reduction

  • Champagne-Braised Escargot – In delicate filo croustillante with tarragon beurre blanc

Entrées:

  • Poached Flounder/Sole – Lobster beignets, fried leeks, and riesling cream

  • Beef Wellington – Classic beef tenderloin with foie gras and wild mushroom duxelle wrapped in puff pastry, sauce bordelaise

  • Grilled Veal Chop – Chestnut-madeira reduction, caramelized shallots, and potato pavé

Desserts:

  • Chocolate–Coffee Feuilletine Opera – Layers of hazelnut sponge, espresso ganache, and mascarpone mousse in dark chocolate glaze with praliné crunch

  • Passion Fruit Vanilla Bean Baked Alaska – Coconut genoise with dark rum crème anglaise

  • Caramelized White Chocolate Panna Cotta – Poached pears, spiced port reduction, and almond crumble
