As the summer sun warms our little corner of Humble, we find ourselves reflecting on the journey that brought us here — and all the people who’ve made it possible.

Chez Nous means “our home,” and over the decades, that’s exactly what it’s become: a place where birthdays are celebrated, proposals whispered, business deals toasted, and lifelong memories made over good wine and beautiful food.

A Little History

Our story began over 40 years ago, when Chef Brach opened Chez Nous with the dream of bringing authentic French fine dining to a small Texas town. What started as a quiet, tucked-away restaurant quickly became a local favorite — thanks to the quality of the cuisine, the warmth of the service, and the community that welcomed us with open arms.

In 1994, we joined that story — first as part of the team, and then as stewards of the restaurant itself. Since taking the helm in 2005, it’s been our great honor to continue the legacy Chef Brach began, while bringing our own heart and voice to the table.
